Brandon was great to work with. This is the fourth BMW I have purchased from this dealership.

Isiah is extremely poised, professional and reassuring when dealing with my concerns. He did not hesitate to identify and take my concerns to the proper supervisors for resolution. On the other hand, Isiah had my car detailed after a trip to the service depart left it with hard water spots that I could not remove. The detail work was acceptable because it was done gratis, but it subpar work for detail work. The interior carpet was still visibly dirty and the consoles were dusty. disappointing for a detailed, but this is the same reason I hand was my cars myself. Few people care as much as I do.
Because I can always count on Carlos Munoz for exceptional customer service, BMW of Sarasota is my go-to place for any service on my BMW.
Omar and the rest of the staff made my first buying experience with BWW the absolute best. I would recommend them to anyone. Looking forward to many years doing business with them.
