My Company and I have been dealing with Cole for the last few years. she has always been upfront with pricing and helping getting us the best price. All of our chassis are usually ordered to spec. and we have not had any issues. She keeps us informed through out the build process. Makes her my one stop shop for purchasing Ford fleet chassis.
Amazing remote buyer experience! My husband set his sights on a specific vehicle at Phil Long Ford, Denver. This meant a 14-hour drive to trade in our current vehicle! Communication was great and honest from the start. After many emails and calls for several days, we set out. Our sales representative, Marques Harvey, maintained contact via text message throughout our journey with information and updates. We had a trade in value estimate and financing options before we arrived. When we arrived, we felt more like honored guests than customers! Marques and the team were welcoming and transparent. The vehicle was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The offer on our trade-in was spot on, and the deal was done! Everyone at Phil Long Denver was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The overall experience was fantastic. My husband said it was probably the best car buying experience he has had, and he has purchased luxury vehicles in the past. We were nervous to drive 14 hours to an unknown dealership. I went in to look at some new Mavericks and immediately felt a breath of fresh air compared to other dealerships. I met with Chai and we went and looked at a 2025 Maverick we had talked about on the phone. I did like it but there happened to be another one on the lot that just came in. We looked at and I wanted it. Chai is very honest, professional and knowledgeable. After purchasing the Maverick he took me around so I would be familiar with the service area etc. I highly recommend Phil long Ford and especially Chai.
