I was promised the issues with my truck would be fixed after I received my online purchase of a used F-150 weeks later now I get hung up on, texts ignored and not answered. don't return calls. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!

Where to start. Chuck was very helpful. We traded our 2016 BMW in for a 2023 ford bronco sport. It had a dent in it they said if we buy the vehicle they would fix it. Well there was the first lie. Now we are dealing a month later with still paying on the BMW we traded in. We are getting late charges. Our credit is getting hit bad for the late payments. Our bank Eastman credit union said as long as it is in our name still we still have to pay for it. Eastman credit union still has our title. Now Ford of Elizabethton has sold the BMW that we still have the title for. We had to get a police report just in case whoever owns the BMW has a wreck or is doing something illegal it is not on us. Because the title is still in our names. On the other reviews pages the owner says our reviews mean something. If they mean something why is everyone having the same problem. This is very shady place. They are floating titles.

Management doesn't know how to do their jobs, like cancel a useless warranty card.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. My dad is a Purple Heart combat wounded veteran and blind. We traded in our 2017 Edge for a new one. Cameron promised to make first two car payments as part of the deal. They finally reimbursed him with first payment. He claimed the second payment was sent to accounting to process. This was for June payment. Needless to say, the second payment never came. We had to pay a late fee caused by this sorry place for failing to keep its promised contract. We made multiple trips to the dealership trying to get this resolved. Each time we were met with resistance and the run around. First they claimed the check had been mailed to us. In the same sentence, we were told the check was mailed to the finance company. Cameron flat out lied about all this. We met with finance manager Tony who was extremely rude. Yelling at my dad. Had him sign the vehicle contract without my presence. He is legally blind and completely unaware of what he was signing. Please!! Do not do business with this dealership ever!! They are dishonest and lack severely in customer satisfaction. ZERO STARS!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this dealership! I traded in my Jeep Gladiator Mojave on June 18,2025 with a 20 day payoff. I then paid $75,000 cash paying off my trade in negative and the new purchase. The traded in vehicle should have been paid off by July 08,2025 to which here it is August 05,2025 and it has not been paid off yet! I am getting collection notices from the trade in finance company and this has affected my credit score making it look like I am 2 months behind on a vehicle I no longer have and they have already sold as well ! They are very irresponsible I have repeatedly called concerning this matter and was told it would be taken care of and promised a call back to which were both lies ! I have filed a report with the BBB AND WILL BE SEEKING LEGAL ACTION! I pay my bills you would think a business would do the same especially when you handed the $75,000 cash ! Take my advice take your business elsewhere they Do Not Care about the customer !

I have had nothing but trouble with this place since I walked through the front door. I will never come back here and am advising everyone I know to stay away and use I'm local. I was up charged $1800.00 on the agreed up price for starters. Than I was signed up for 4 warranties I did not want which led to them giving my information to said company and them taking $300 which was reversed finally. They have taken over 5 weeks to pay off my trade which resulted in me having to pay on a car that I don't even have. So I'm just out $2200 and countless time fighting with them. Don't even bother asking to talk to the Manager bc it won't happen. Stay Far away from this placeunless you like being ripped off!
