Eric was great. I would recommend him to anyone. I miss Justin Rash. He sold me 2 of my Escapes. But Eric is great as well.

We had an all-around great experience working with the staff at Beau Townsend Ford.
Had mobile service come to change oil , rotate tires and fix recalls. The mechanic arrived on time, introduced himself and explained what he was going to do. He told me about how long it would take and got right to work. After the work was complete he explained everything that was done and asked if I had any questions. The vehicle and my garage were left spotless. It was a really great experience and Austin was very friendly and professional.
Brant was easy to work with throughout the whole shopping and buying experience! In would recommend him to others.
Very impressed with staff . Logan my service advisor was very helpful with explaining what my routine maintenance would consist of and helping me redeem my reward points. Appreciated the complimentary car wash..
