Alex is the main contact at the service desk when I have appointments. He is terriffic.
I definitely appreciate sales people that let the cars sell themselves instead of being pushy or disingenuous. It was a great buying experience as a woman buying a car alone.
Professional service and great explanations of things that were found during service. Nice facilities to wait in as well

Collette and her staff were friendly and very thorough with explaining the services that needed to be done. Mark Atkinson always checks on me to see how much I like my cx 5. I like the recorded video they send to show us our car being inspected all around. great feature.
Inside lights were not fixed as requested during service appointment. Needs to get done later.
