I have always found service at Germain to be of the highest standards. Cory Hespeler has done an exceptional job to ensure my car gets the highest degree of attention. He explains things well and his explanations are accurate and complete. i also appreciate the video of the car's check for possible other issues. It served as reassurance everything else was good. I also found the entire staff to be friendly and going the extra mile to make my service a pleasant experience.
Service department here is excellent. Namely Tona Zarrelli. She’s knowledgeable about my vehicle, helpful with repairs & insurance claims & extremely courteous!
