The facility is new and bright and clean. I came in for a service. The equipment as you come into the service bay checks your tire pressure, your need for an alignment, and each of your tires tread! Before I ever got out of the car! My service advisor and he was terrific! He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I will request him in future when I need more service on my car. The waiting area has a special area for someone who has children with them that is very nice. They have good coffee and water and pop corn. The chairs are fabric and very nice and comfortable. There are tables, and vertical stands of electrical outlets near the chairs. There are also very nice and clean restrooms! And free wifi! Use your VPN! I highly recommend Hyundai Elk Grove!

I took my car in for service and immediately was met by Paul service agent. Paul was very professional and answered all of questions and concerns. I was impressed with the service and the facilities and I feel I can trust that my car will be taken care of.
