I was very impressed with Great Lakes Toyota when I purchased a 2025 XSE. Ali and Brandon were courteous and had good product knowledge. Drove from Toledo and would again. Finance guy Kyle also good knowledge and didn’t make me stay for hrs signing. Finally Chris paired the phone and explained everything quickly but no rush. If you are considering Toyota, have no fears buying from Great Lakes.
Everything was good. Five Guys was exceptional! Especially the fries! Didn't try the milkshakes though.
They always provide quick and efficient service for an oil change and tire rotation. Noah always keeps you updated on the progress.
The service department has always been great to work with and helpful. I usually work with Noah and he greets me and remembers me when I arrive
