I’ve been a customer at this location for over 8 years and have consistently received great customer service. Recently, I experienced an issue with my engine that took some time to fully resolve, and there were a few complications along the way. However, after reaching out to Jerry and the management team, everything was handled with care and professionalism. They went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was properly repaired and that I felt confident in the work done. I especially appreciated the transparency, they took the time to walk me through the repairs, even putting my car on the lift so I could see everything firsthand. That level of reassurance meant a lot. While the situation was challenging, the way it was handled truly reflected their commitment to customer care. I’m grateful for the support and the effort to make things right.

The initial sale was good there was no pressure. Once we purchased the car we found some things that were wrong with it after it was said those issues were completed. We had to get the repairs done a week after the purchase. I am grateful that we purchased the extended warranty.
