Alyssa was very personable and knowledgeable. She did not pressure us but was there to help us with any questions. Dogan also was friendly and funny! He clearly presented us with all our options without making us feel uncomfortable. We will definitely visit Russ Darrow again if we are looking to get a new car.

The dealership had lots of cars, good salesman and very respectful of their customers. Dustin was very nice and was a very good salesman and we like him a lot.

Alyssa was great, she responded promptly. We had met with Alyssa the prior day to get info. She was honest and did not pressure us. The only negative is that we purchased an electric vehicle and it was only charged to 30%. We were surprised they didn't keep the electric vehicles fully charged on the lot. We live far from the dealer, so we had to wait for it to charge before going home.
