Normally I've been quite happy. This time the waiting seemed excessive for what was being done. But there were some changes in the process that may have slowed it down.
Place is very professional and handled my visit without any unnecessary steps. Alex is a great young man and understood my questions and concerns. Facilities are very nice, first time Toyota owner, impressed with the place. Mostly, no one was too pushy, just all doing their jobs. Thanks
