Kept me updated on service. Oil change and fixed recalls. A man of his word.
He was so kind and calming. He went above and beyond to find me the right deal for my budget. He also assisted by sending a car to pick me up when my car was ready.
I requested 5W-30 full synthetic but a got regular oil, I should have been advised 5W-30 full synthetic was apparently not available. Oil was $4.20 a quart certainly not full synthetic.
