John Jozwiak was absolutely excellent! I was met at my vehicle by him and he immediately made me feel like I was family. The service manager Matt Pease even came by and introduced himself and asked how everything was going. I can’t say enough great things about the service department here! Thank you Fox Valley Volkswagen for providing the best service I’ve had! Usually taking your car into the dealer is a pain but everyone made it so pleasant!
