Leighton was upfront and honest the entire process in buying my new Ford Explorer. He absolutely went above and beyond at all points of our transaction. Mobile service tech Mike Hoffman was great he processed the recall and determined that my dome light wasn't coming on when doors were opened due to a sensor, I believe. I was unable to purchase the part needed to replace it because of my finances.
