Got off to a rough start as being a first time customer there was a bit of confusion as to the reason for my visit. But once that was sorted out the service was excellent. The service rep, I believe was Michaela, was very knowledgeable and helped me understand the new system that monitors the condition of the engine oil in the Transit engine. Appreciated the insights.
