I started out with an individual about a car because my lease was near ending. That individual had all the details of the car I was looking for and then left for vacation for about 10 days or so and then I got a call from Amber letting me know that person had left the dealership. She was going to help me and was going to have to deal with a new customer whom she had never met only going from notes from previous individual and talking with me on the phone. She searched for the vehicle I wanted and found it and got it delivered to Champion. When we finally met in person, I found her to be so friendly, passionate about making you feel at ease, very patient with all of my questions, knowledgeable and a great asset for Champion. She has called to check on me and how I was doing with my new car. I went back for a couple of extras that I had ordered, and she again helped me with more questions I had about all of the new technology that was added since my 2022 car. I also worked with Justin on the financial end. He is also pleasant and knowledgeable. I have used Champion for many many years and I will never change and go to another dealership. All employees are great and so is the dealership!!
