I had my car in for service and Devin (service advisor) did not know what happened with my car (within warranty) until I was checking out and saw it on the bill. I have tried to follow-up to get additional items addressed and never responds. Also, the shuttle driver spent a large portion of the 20 minute drive talking about how unreliable Hyundai and Genesis cars are.
Everyone was so patient, and knowledgeable. I appreciate Darlene and Niko so much! They took their time, worked with my financial situation and got me an amazing car!
Engine recall fixed. Work was explained & done on time. No extra fees. Car runs great!

Tired of being told the vehicle will be ready in a certain amount of time, only to have it take considerably longer. Also disappointed to learn they will not supply a loaner car to address a factory recall issue.
Came back 2 hours later as told it would be no longer than that. Not even started. Mechanic went out got it and finished in a half hour he was fantastic.
