From the moment we approached the showroom we were welcomed by staff ready & willing to assist us at our own pace. After working diligently with Grace on the phone on Thursday, we came to a mutual agreement of a price & a scheduled time for pick up on Friday. As we were preparing to leave this Fri morning, Grace called to inform us about an unexpected problem with the car we were planning to purchase. While on the phone Grace & her manager went above & beyond to offer us an exceptional deal on an even better replacement vehicle. This is the second time that we have visited and bought from Anthony Thompson at New Smyrna Chevrolet dealership. With our first purchase, we were on vacation in New Smyrna when we had a problem with our vehicle. Anthony came over to help us. We went to the dealership and made our first purchase!
