I’ve always used Maus Nissan to service my Nissan which I purchased used from a competitor. I’ve always had excellent service until my last experience where I purchased a new vehicle. I found the finance department to use deceptive padding of the price when I was given one price per month from the salesman than finance. I think we were able to work out the discrepancies but am still hesitant to believe it as I haven’t seen any proof of the changes. Am hoping for the best at this point.
No high pressure sales. I was pleased with that aspect. The finance person, John, was great to work with.
