When I say that this is a place that you have to come back to once you’ve been here I mean it! I stopped in a few months ago with a unique situation and an urgent need to replace my vehicle. It’s honestly beautiful when someone takes the time to teach you something and helps you to make not just a decision in their favor, but an educated choice. I had left still contemplating whether I wanted to move forward but after a few months and being chased by other hungry dealerships, who still weren’t even offering anything close to what Ed had taught me I inevitably returned to Shakers. While just browsing the lot with my husband, Nick from sales greeted us with a smile and explored various vehicles with us that would be to our liking. Once learning about my unique situation, Knick and Ed collaborated on a plan and a vehicle that would be best for all of my needs. My entire experience felt warm, welcoming, insightful, and overall like a process I could trust. They were able to get me the exact car of my dream at a price point that fit exactly to my budget and worked for my other circumstances. I’ve never experienced a dealership team so dedicated to putting the customers needs first. And then to wrap it all up meeting with Corey, who finalizes the deal was the icing on the cake. He had an awesome personality, was super relatable, and made sure that my husband and I understood every aspect. This dealership prides themselves on empowering the customer with knowledge.
