Well I called to check out a vehicle for my son. They were able to set everything up for since we are not there. They helped him through the whole process and was able to get him what he wanted. So I am glad they were able to work around everything and get it done and even working late to get it done e. Thank you all Sanders ford.
I looked at a used Super Duty at Sanders that I was interested in purchasing. Mr. Charles Arnold was my sales person. Although I really liked the truck, the dealership and myself could not come to an agreement on the number for my trade in. Through all of this Mr. Arnold maintained the utmost professionalism and courtesy throughout the entire process! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to work with a genuine individual who's sincere and honest!!!! I now consider Mr. Arnold my friend!!!!
My sales associate Charles was very thorough in explaining the process to me. He took the time to help me with all my questions. I have known Charles for over 30 years. He has always looked out for my best interest. He is a great and caring individual. He explained everything about the truck he sold me. If anyone deserves employee of the month it should be Charles. He is a great friend and great salesman. The sales manager was also great to. Thanks to all the staff at Sanders Ford.
