The service attendant Olga was exceptionally helpful. She kept me posted with regard to my service and when it was delayed due to a part they needed to order she helped by introducing me to the person who loaned me a car. Olga gave me her phone number so that I could contact her with regard to questions I may have about the new car and upcoming needs for service

I see a lot of negative reviews, but have to say Alejandro took his time explaining. The repair process did take some time on my 2013 Sonata, but I do understand the process and length of time it takes for a repair. My brother in law is a mechanic and he even said, they did a good job. Congrats to the team at Hyundai.
