John was direct, communicative and didn’t play and games when I purchased my car

Some people claim communication and customer service is a priority, but it is really an afterthought. But not with Porsche Burlington and in particular John Fontaine. He communicated clearly through every step of the process with me and actually made waiting for my new car a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this dealership and John Fontaine is my guy.

Mark Frounjian was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He was incredibly patient in answering all of my questions and ensured I had the support and communication needed throughout the delivery. He made sure I was equipped with all the information I needed to make informed decisions and had great attention to detail. He was not pushy and was honest in giving me comparisons on the different models and features. I felt Mark was genuine, and made sure I was taken care of throughout the entire process. Jason Figueroa was also very professional and positively impacted my experience. He made sure I was taken care of and that all of my needs were met! They are a really great team here and the positive atmosphere is very unique and appreciated!
