Very clean, friendly staff. Service was faster than I thought. I’m not sure about pricing because I went it for my first free service but I’ll see when I take it back for my next service

Service Consultant AJ Boone was excellent. I had to have my car towed, and his communication during that adventure, through diagnosis of my problem, to repair was excellent. He kept me well informed the entire way. I felt lucky that he answered my call. I am, however, disappointed and angry that notes appeared on my receipt that are dishonest. Unfortunately, I didn't notice those notes until I was home. Let me be clear, I do not think Mr. Boone had anything to do with this. The notes stated that I wanted an "AC/ Heat Ventilation Service" performed. That is patently untrue and not remotely related to the issue with my oil pressure switch. Furthermore, the notes stated that my AC/Heat Ventilation Evaporator had mold and debris, and that I declined service. Again, this is patently untrue. The test never happened, nor service offered or declined. Despite how specific those notes are, I hope it was merely a clerical error instead of a fraudulent attempt to have unnecessary work done to my car. It would be appreciated if those notes are removed from the service record of my Kia, and a confirmation of such in writing from the service manager. This is incredibly disappointing.
Coastal Kia worked with me to enable me to get the car I wanted within my budget. They were helpful and professional.
