I just picked up my 2025 4Runner SR5 from Jerry’s Toyota, and the experience was great from start to finish. The staff were friendly, transparent, and kept me updated during the dealer transfer process. My salesperson Khalid, made everything smooth — even the tag and paperwork were ready right on time. Love my new 4Runner!
so far so good , car is running again getting around and about happy to ride again!
Amanda and other service personnel and the tech very professional and respectful I was completely satisfied and everything for service at that time have been addressed.
SERVICE: We had an airbag sensor recall. We dropped off our vehicle the day prior. They arranged a lyft driver pickup to get us back home. Everything was done from drop off to home within 1/2 hour! Amazing. We received very good communication from start to finish. Another lyft ride was arranged to pickup our vehicle. Super fast. The service by Eric was swift and pleasant. Never had any issues at this dealership. Wait times can vary but within reason and service being provided. We will continue to use them for our vehicle maintenance and purchase in the future.
Efficient service. Easy use of Lyft to get me home and back while working. Ryan was very pleasant and curteous.
