To Whom It May Concern, I would like to express my appreciation for Adam Poulos. He has been exceptionally helpful, understanding, and reliable, promptly returning my phone calls on the same business day. Whenever I bring my car in for servicing, he always greets me with a smile. However, the issue with my Lexus ES 350 has not yet been resolved. I have been experiencing problems with the navigation system (GPS), which has been rebooting and looping while I’m driving. This situation has rendered my GPS, radio, and mobile phone ineffective on the road. Additionally, the radio and phone connectivity frequently break up, making it quite frustrating to drive and communicate through the car's speakerphone. This issue has persisted since May 2023, when I first reported the problem. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Carl Gianguzzo
