If it wasn’t for Jeffrey Jean, I would not have purchased a vehicle from this place because of him
​I wanted to share my recent experience with the Ed Morse service team, which was truly exceptional. While my Camry was in for routine maintenance and a tire rotation, a small scuff occurred on one of my alloy wheels. Rather than making excuses, the dealership took full ownership of the issue. They went above and beyond by having the wheel professionally refinished, making it look brand new. It's rare to find that level of accountability and customer care. A special shout-out to Service Manager Bob McGrath for his professionalism and for handling the situation so well. This is exactly why I've chosen Morse for all my car purchases over the years.
The dealer ship was amazing but would never recommend Nicole, she has no sympathy and or helps people after they screw the up.

Great experience from the moment we walked in. Omar was a great salesman. Came to an agreed upon price, fairly quickly. Car showed up at dealer 2 days later. Paper work time was pretty stream lined. Loving our new Rav4!
