I had such a pleasant experience with Arlington Toyota. I live in South Carolina and they made the entire process smooth and easy. I dealt with Nora, Ali, and Lian. They were all very professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend buying from Arlington Toyota.
I usually have great service but this time around I came in with a low tire pressure light on and knew that there was a nail in my tire so I’ve been filling air every 3 months or so. They explained that it was not repairable and quoted new tires along with other items that should be addressed. Before I could tell them to go ahead with everything, I received a message that my car was ready along with the bill. When I picked up my car, the tire pressure light was still on and they didn’t even bother to fill it so I did on my way home. Now, I have to schedule another visit somewhere and take another day out of my schedule to get my tires replaced, etc.
On March 15,2025 We came in to Arlington Toyota wanted to talk to a representative regarding a few questions we had of a car that we bought at Arlington Toyota. Two Guys that work there were able to help us out with that. Fatjon and Ardi were amazing of helping us out, with great personality very kind a patient showing us the cars we wanted to see and answering to all our questions. We left there with a great deal and have to say really happy that Fatjon and Ardi got to help us today really glad that y’all have them there at Arlington Toyota!
