I took my truck in for a recall and worked with Kailey as my service advisor. She was awesome from start to finish. Not only did she take care of the recall I came in for, but she also caught two other recalls I didn’t even know about. The repair ended up being a bigger job than expected, but Kailey kept me updated the whole time and even checked in on me before I had to ask. She was friendly, professional, and made sure both my safety and my truck were taken care of. I also want to mention Sandra at checkout — she was very personable and courteous. While I hope I don’t have to come back anytime soon, it’s nice to know this dealership truly cares about its customers. Honestly, this was the best experience I’ve ever had getting service done. I’d definitely recommend Kailey, Sandra, and the Classic Chevrolet Highway 6 team to anyone.
