Well, we went expecting to just look but had the best sales representative and left with a newer 2019 (used) and affordable truck. Jake Downey did his job and more. He listened to what we wanted, he explained pricing and didn't try to up-sale us. I've always avoided buying cars from dealerships because I knew they would try to swindle us, but Jake's honesty and professionalism proved me wrong. I feel that he was able to answer all of my son's (new car owner) questions and made sure to check on us every step of the way (from test drive to driving off the lot and making it home) Apart from Jake's more than wonderful work, the staff was also wonderful (thank you too, Jordan Smart) and made us feel welcomed. The Larry H Miller dealership is well maintained, and had great air conditioning ( it's hot in AZ) and all the vehicles new and used were clean. If I had a choice I would give them a 10 out of 5 stars for professionalism, affordability, ability to answer consumer questions and meet there needs, and for overall welcomeness.

Dustin was very prompt to greet me, and I can say he was super helpful and a very pleasant young man. My car looked great, he helped me reconnect my cell phone to my car and I really appreciate it very much. Thank you! DUSTIN, it’s been my service person since I bought this car. He was very respectful also.
