The experience of buying a car at Walser Hyundai in Brooklyn Park was very stress-free. I came in September and looked at some cars in the parking lot, and I wasn’t bothered by anybody while looking around the lot until I went inside and asked to speak to somebody. Maybe it’s not the experience some people want, but I wanted to be able to understand what I was looking at for myself. I decided it wasn’t the right time to buy a car when I was there, so I took a business card from the salesman Paul Hutchins. A couple months later, I had a long time to think through the issues I had with my existing car before it died, so when it did, I sent Paul a text with the information on the car I was looking at. I came in the next day to do a test drive, and a few days later I drove off the lot in the right car for me. There was only one time I felt some pressure, which was towards the end of the transaction when someone else came to talk to me about extended warranties, oil change packages, protection packages, etc. but they still respected the decisions I had made and didn’t force anything on me. I will return in the future when I (or someone else I know) need a car.
