Tory was great to deal with. We negotiated the deal ahead of time, she was very responsive. I was on a tight time line on the day I was picking the car up and she had everything ready for me when I got there, was very professional, and a pleasure to deal with. The GM Bernard is also a very nice guy and got personally involved in the transaction. Overall it was a pleasant experience and clean car. Jennifer in finance was also great. She got all the sales documents ready to go, no pressure in offering all the add ons, very efficient and very pleasant. Overall a great experience.
