My vusit was scheduled for 8 am and my service would include a tire alignment but the tech does not come in til 9 so i was not able to get that done. Computer system was not working.

I purchased a 2025 Equinox from Fred Anderson in November 2024. At 6400 miles my Check Engine light came on. Mitchell Summer acknowledged me and my concerns. Unfortunately they did not know exactly what the issue was. Mitchell consulted with the design engineer at GM to try to determine the issues. It was a process to finally get the problem diagnosed. I have to say, at times, I became very frustrated with the time it took to diagnosis and order parts. That was not the fault of Mitchell or the dealership. They assured me they wanted to repair my new cSuV in a complete, safe way so that I would have the peace of mind that it was in perfect running order. My SUV was at Fred Anderson for a little over 4 weeks and I have to commend Mitchell for always treating me with respect and courtesy ( there were times I was starting to loose my patience). I apologized for being a little bit “snippy” at times and he was kind enough to be professional and courteous to me for the entire time for repairs. I will continue to have my Equinox serviced by Fred Anderson. Their service is excellent.
