Our new car had under 100 miles when we started noticing problems with shutting the doors. Jennifer responded in an immediate and proactive manner and did what she could to resolve the issue. She worked with a communicated with the technical team at Kia as well as the mechanics at the Longwood location. She has been keeping in close contact with us about this issue until it is rectified. We feel very fortunate to have Jennifer as our direct contact.
