The service is really great here and prices seem very reasonable. The staff is very friendly

As a follow up to my last review on this Hill Cadillac in Newtown Square PA, once again I have a problem with my car. I wen through GM and they made an appointment for me directly with the Hill which was confirmed with me 3 times by email. Upon arrival for my appointment I was told that based On my last review, that will no longer service my vehicle at all. just for the record, they never serviced my vehicle before and it was that refusal to honor my warranty that prompted my last review. In summary, I now have to wait for my vehicle to be towed to another dealer. For spending 100K on a vehicle one would expect better service from a dealer of the Cadillac mark. This is the worst dealer service I’ve ever encountered and I would never buy anything from these folks or bring any business to their service department ever again. GM should be ashamed to be associated with Hill Cadillac
