Roman took time with me to drive a Premier Chevy Cruze but the Sales Manager wont take my offer. Thats ok! The Review is for Roman! He will be able to sell me something soon! He has great Customer Service skills and I would recommend all the ladies to ask for him!

Aaron’s assistant, Brigham was an extreme help while assisting with trading in my old vehicle for a newer one. While conversing, he was able to describe the “Cable Dahmer Difference”. He explained every document that I was signing. Brigham was very friendly, with a constant smile on his face. Based off of his posture and body language, it appeared he is treated respectfully and truly enjoys the line of work he is involved in. Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.
Zane was the best. He contacted me on request, on a daily basis, until the day I got there to pick up my truck, at my request. He was able to negotiate a deal with me, that I requested. He worked off the clock and after hours. The customer service he exemplified was OUTSTANDING. I was 2 hours late on the day I had my appointment, but he assured me each time I messaged him, I was good, and he'd be there. My interactions with him, were nothing short of EXCELLENT. He had all my request completed when I got there, and treated me like he'd known me my whole life. His personality is infectious. He was very genuine. If I need to buy another vehicle in the future, I will call Zane. I will also, refer anyone I know looking for a vehicle to him, each and every time.
