I appreciated their honest efforts in making situation right. They were able to work with me on an issue I had and treated me with kindness and respect through the whole process. A special shout out to Luis in the service department at the Independence location as well. He was thorough and incredibly helpful!

I had a very pleasant experience with one sales person in particular. Isabel Cox was very professional. She was very cordial and listened to what I had to say and really went to bat with me trying to sell me a vehicle and she succeeded. I would buy another vehicle with her. I do not like high pressure sales tactics and she did not give me high pressure sales tactics. She listened to what I wanted and produced it for me.
