This dealership was absolutely easy to work with, the guy assisting me, Fabian & staff were not pushy or annoying. Fabian was very helpful, polite & patient as I made a huge decision. I drove away in a gorgeous 2025 Toyota Highlander ! I highly recommend this DTLA location to everyone!
Took my car in for service on 9/6. I wasn’t sure what to expect since the last time I had a bad experience. But I’m glad to say that this service went well. I nicely asked to not have a specific service advisor help me. Since the last time I was there I had a bad experience with him. I’m glad to say that my request was heard. And I got a very helpful and nice service advisor his name is Angel. He communicated well and told me what other service my car needed. I was happy this service went smoothly. I understand sometimes it could be a wait and busy day. I appreciated his good attitude and helpfulness.

The dealership was clean, the showroom was nice, and I didn’t have to wait long for someone to ask if I needed help. Pricing was easy due to the online quote. Only negative was that I received the wrong spare key but the salesman was quick to fix the issue.
