I’ve been doing business with this dealership for years, even though I don’t drive a Honda. I’ve found Shottenkirk Honda of Cartersville, Georgia to be more courteous, faster, and more attentive to my needs than any other dealership in the area. Ginger and the entire service department always treat me like a valued customer, even though I didn’t purchase my vehicle from them. That says a lot. I drive a Chrysler product, but I bring it here for service because I don’t trust anyone else to work on my vehicle. I know they’ll do the job right every time. If I could leave 10 stars… I would!
