Kacy was an excellent representative for my needs. He text back and forth with me explaining all my options and was able to work a deal out with his manager, so I could drive my Santa Fe home that day
8k service was efficient, easy to schedule. Service tech was pleasant, on time. Dealership provided car wash coupon as they don’t was cars on site. Would have appreciated if they had vacuumed car.
Abdul was accommodating. The wait time was definitely extensive, but that’s typical with a dealership. We did have to push a little for some rectification with our issues. However, they all made it okay in the end.
