I did some research with Toyota, Lexus and Hyundai and I chose Hyundai because of the positive reviews. But when I walked in the dealership my intention was to check on EV suv and inquire more info but not to buy. The seller Abdullahi was persuasive, professional and courteous… he convinced me to get the Ioniq 9 so I thank him for it because n I’m happy with it.

We recently purchased a vehicle from Hyundai of Seattle and had a mostly positive experience. The buying process went smoothly, and both Rachel and Terran were friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They made the process feel low-pressure and efficient, which we really appreciated. The only issue we encountered was with the title registration paperwork. We were told a FedEx envelope would be sent, but despite multiple follow-ups, we never received it. That part of the process could have been handled better. Overall, we’re happy with our purchase and the service we received, and would still recommend Hyundai of Seattle—with a note to double-check follow-through on post-sale paperwork.
Joshua in finance was excellent to work with. Explains everything and looks for ways to help. The sales team seems to be to interested in their phones and not to invested in going the extra steps to provide a great customer experience.
They run a smooth operation. Friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. But too much waiting to complete each phase.
