Thanks for the quick work providing maintenance servicing of my Hyundai Ionic 5 this week.

The process took much longer than we expected - and it involved a lot of sitting around. The dealership seems busy. Levi answered all of our questions and provided great service.

I went to look at the Sante Fe Hybrid and I wasn't set on making the purchase. I worked with Lester and he was awesome to work with and I loved the car. They presented lots of finance options and I picked the one what worked best for me. Drove off the lot with the hybrid in about 3 hours and am loving it. The only feedback I would give to the dealership is to keep the front customer parking area clear. The stalls are angled but there's only 1 way in or out. They have a ton of cars to chose from so it's understandable the lot is so crowded. Overall, I would recommend Seattle Hyundai

Easy to schedule. Service completed promptly and fully. I did expect, but did not receive a detailed inspection report of results. Perhaps because they said everything was fine. Other dealerships service departments have included a more complete inspection report.
