I want to give a huge thank-you to Joseph Izzi, who has been my advisor for the past year and a half. When I say he goes above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of, I truly mean it. I recently needed brakes and spark plugs replaced, so I emailed Joseph. He immediately scheduled a drop-off appointment without delay. For context, I live nearly two hours away—about an hour and 40 minutes from the dealership—and I still pass two BMW certified dealerships in my own state just to come to BMW of West Chester. That’s how much trust I have in this location. I needed my vehicle back quickly so I could return a rental while the work was being done. I dropped my BMW off on the 25th and had it back by the 27th. Joseph kept his word, communicated clearly, and delivered exactly as promised. He is not an advisor who is only concerned about a paycheck—he truly cares about customer satisfaction. He makes sure every concern is heard and handled. Honesty and loyalty go a long way, and BMW of West Chester has given me both, along with genuine respect.
