Pete spent a lot of time with me, and was very kind and patient with this stressed shopper. Pete has also followed up to make sure everything is going well and answer any questions. Brooks also spent a lot of time explaining options for maintenance and other packages, also very patient and friendly. Brooks also gave me lots of good advice for businesses and services nearby (I recently moved to the area).
