Their historic focus on customer service is notable in several aspects vs. other BMW dealerships (there are four within 50 mile radius). They are always accommodative of my tight schedule in order to service my car. Second, both the repair manager and sales personnel (who sold me the car) call to confirm my satisfaction. Third, projected repair costs are well documented, with diagnostic documentation..
Easy and low pressure purchase process for a CPO vehicle. Ian was easy going and personable, and all parts of the process went smoothly. Wish they would have negotiated a bit more on the purchase price, but they had the car we wanted.
