Just a quick review in regard to the purchase of my new Acura RDX from Paragon Acura. Ariel was a pleasure to deal with. He was very professional, knowledgeable and transparent as well as everyone behind the scenes. I would recommend them if you are looking for a car.
The dealership is a very comfortable environment with friendly staff. They go the extra mile to make you feel welcome.
Paragon Acura provided great communication throughout the process of selling my father's vehicle. When I arrived, I was greated by Mahi J. and we discussed the details of the sale and upon inspection of the vehicle we made an agreement on the offer and he made the transaction go as smooth as possible. He is a great asset to the dealership who I would highly recommend.
Mr. James Was a very nice spectacular salesman very patient very educated about the end and out of the MDX..
Mr. Levy is a sales manager .. A very happy and cheerful person A good listener if I called him and he was in a meeting, he would text me and let me know that he was in a-meeting it was little details like that .. I think makes him a nice sales manager…
Ariel was the absolute best. Very patient and amazing customer service 10/10 would recommend!!! Shout out to Johnathan also being a great manager!!
