It was very streamlined and had friendly staff! They have a clean facility with nice snacks and drinks for clients as well. Overall, good experience.
We came to sell our vehicle and enjoyed working with Mohammed H. Mohammed was able to answer our questions and explain the shop’s appraisal and pricing process, something that not all other dealerships we talked to were able or willing to do. The dealership was clean and efficient. The location was very easy to get to by car.
I was tasked with selling my mother's car. Paragon Acura reached out to me because of my search on CarMax and arranged for me to come in. My experience with them was a very pleasant one. Everyone was polite, professionally attired and the establishment was clean and well kept. My transaction with Mahi was quite seamless. I felt that he was very transparent and professional. He walked me through the process, answered all my questions and concerns. He communicated with me in a very comprehensive and respectful manner. I was at ease and pleased with our interaction. I would definitely do business again and refer to friends and family as well.
James Roach was my salesman. He is great, and helped me with all my needs, and even drove me home with my new car (I was not so good at the manual one :)).
