I came in early (20 mins. before regular sales hours), but was still eagerly helped right away. Everything went smoothly. Car exam, test drive, paper signing.
Extremely helpful and care about your opinion. At another store I was told I needed all four tires replaced. Fresno Acuraconfirmwd that one needed to be replaced but not all four.
I have bought many new cars over the years and Fresno Accura has been the most pleasant new car buying experience this I have ever had.
If you are looking to purchase a New or Used Acura or any car, go and visit Fresno Acura. I had an amazing experience with this dealership. They are friendly and provide great customer service. During my wait to get my car financed, Edward Ramsey, who was my dealer, checked up on me a number of times to make sure that I was comfortable. My overall experience with this dealership was amazing. Edward got me in the exact car that I wanted and even had the car detailed for me. I will definitely come back to purchase from them again.
