Attention consumers: Stay away from these crooks!!! I had an extremely disappointing experience with Darcar of Baltimore and Darcars of Frederick. Darcars Baltimore sold me a $31000 van that had not been properly inspected and came with multiple pre-existing issues, including a clunking sound that was present from day one. For start/stop yellow in the dash light, I was told by the sales rep that it is normal and nothing to worry about, just to find out that the start/stop battery needs to be replaced. The GM at Baltimore had me visit Darcars Frederick to get that battery replaced, which they did (according to them but the light came back, and I was sent to Darcars Rockville to get the battery replaced. When I took it for repairs, they (Darcars Baltimore) abruptly told the shop (Darcars Frederick) to "cease and desist" after the vehicle had been worked on for three days. After initially advising me to handle the repairs myself, they backed out of addressing the remaining problems once I fixed the start/stop battery. To make matters worse, their communication is abysmal—I sent multiple emails over weeks without any response from the GM of Darcars Baltimore, who initially pretended to be caring and concerned. As someone who manages 27 restaurants across five states and owns multiple businesses, I understand the importance of customer service. Unfortunately, this company has demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for their customers. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone and will never do business with "Darcars" again.

I originally took my vehicle to them to be service for a recall … it was a simple thing, a conformal coating spray for the under chassis of the vehicle. That experience was fine, and decided to take my vehicle to them for an oil change, new spark plugs and brake pads later in the year. Their front attendant called me with a long list of necessary repairs amounting to about 10K and he encouraged me to trade in my vehicle for a new one. I declined the offer and picked my car up later….they charged me for one spark plug, as they apparently had stripped the threads off of one and were unable me to check the others (?). Also, in changing my brake pads, they stripped every single one of my lug nuts….so I was charged for replacement hardware too. That was about 3 years ago and I’ve had a handful of visits with other mechanics for various things and none of the repairs that DARCARS Eastern Avenue deemed necessary were ever cited. Since that visit, about twice a year, DARCARS Toyota Eastern Avenue will still call me (from random cell numbers, probably belonging to their employees) to prompt me to get my car serviced. Just to remind me. Thanks DARCARS Toyota Eastern Avenue, I will not bring my vehicle any where near your establishment again, Please. Stop. Calling. Me.

Worst dealer.Dont take your car service because they messed up my car which l I have a service plan with Toyota.I am gonna sue them l will never take my car for oil change again because they dont know how.After l took my car here my truck started excessive oil leak when l took my car for inspection another inspection station they told me there was no oil in my car take the car back who changed the oil.Which l took this dealers service.But they said it was Oil sensor and they charged me 100 dollar.Then l took my car my mechanic which l never had problems with him he said because they didn’t put sealing thing in filter that’s why oil was leaking problem wasn’t the Oil sensor.Please if you care about your time,your car and your money do not take your car here. Even though l have service plan l am not gonna ever take my car here for service.I am gonna call mechanic enforcement on them.They can deal with them

Bought a Toyota Camry 2021 with Darcars and they scammed me with 1200$ for a gap insurance I didn’t need because I already had it with Geico and 3 years latter from when i bought my car i found out that thing it was opcional and i could cancel it at anytime, I decided to cancel the gap insurance and after 4 months that i cancel it The general manager called me and telling me they can only reimburse me 200$, i laughed because i already had this feeling of i bought my car at the wrong and worst Toyota dealership because i only used half of the time and not the 6 years of terms, its was pretty simple to resolve an issue like this and not rob my money but you already know how a crook business will resolve something this simple, they will rather scam you as a costumer than doing the right thing and keep you as a costumer, if the administration will operate like this you can’t expect anything good from the sales people Welcome to the worst, pathetic and corrupt Toyota dealership ever if you are reading my comment its a signs to run away from this crooks, stop wasting your time with them and go to Jerry’s Toyota better deals and they will not rob you as a costumer as Darcars doesn’t have any single bit ethics, professionalism and honor, they are as bad as this small dealerships who will take your money and scam you and can’t make good business ethics. Following this with my attorney and filing a consumer complaint with attorney general and sue them, i will probably not get my money back, but this act of corruption will cost them more than 500 bucks for sure cause i wont stop until everyone can hear my horrible experience with them and share it with all social media and send it to people who can help me to spread the word and avoid to get scam

Disgusting Toyota dealership from every sense of the word from the service department to the sales department they are crooks. How crooks like this stay in business is beyond me. Avoid them at all costs. Not to mention it's in a horrible unsafe area. Avoid these scammers.
