Buying the Honda pilot was a pleasant experience. No high pressure sakes tactics. Dave and Sean were both great. The delivery/pickup of the vehicle left a little to be desired. It seems like only a bare minimum effort was made to prep the pilot. They did wash the vehicle, but the inside was a little dirty. The floor mats were not installed, dust and some dirt on the doors and seats. The mileage also ticked up a bit after my initial test drive. I would still buy from Matt Burne Honda, but would pay closer attention when picking up the vehicle to take home.

Confusion about prices and I feel my service and repair was very, very expensive. Costumer service wasn't the kindest either. I will never have a tire repair done there again. But I'm happy with my Honda and would recommend the dealership for purchase.
