Intake person was very professional and prompt. Knowledgeable. Took me right away. Service was quick.
I’ve used this dealership multiple times and will return, but this most recent experience was not great, and I keep being asked to leave a review, so here I am. Leased a new equinox ev. While the end result/product is great, the process was not. Allyssa repeatedly did not actually listen to what we were telling her. The first time we stopped by we told her we didn’t have time to test drive and she kept bringing it up. Once she found an EV that would work for us, we planned to finalize the paperwork on a Tuesday at 3:30pm. I continuously checked in throughout the day to make sure everything was still on track for that time, since I had to move work meetings around and uber out there to pick it up. I finally heard back that it wasn’t quite ready yet but would be by 4. She assured me I would be out in plenty of time for daycare pickup. Starting the day before, I let her know I had to pickup my daughter up from daycare by 5:15 at the latest and told her it was 20 mins away. I showed up at 4pm, and it wasn’t ready yet. I again told her I had to leave by 4:45. I was ushered into the finance office where I was informed that that guy didn’t even know my paperwork was coming. If we had a day and time set why would she not have even given him a heads up? I then had to speed through all signatures because at this point it was 4:40. I’m stressed out this entire time because of the time, and she continued to act like everything was fine. I’m finally walked out to my car, and she made me stop to take a photo and then proceeded to try and explain how everything works. I AGAIN told her I had to get to daycare and she even asked me to give her a perfect review. xxx. Because of her lack of preparation and not being straight up with me, I was late to daycare pickup. All she had to do from the beginning is tell me that there wouldn’t be enough time and we should schedule for the next day, but no, she continued to ignore everything I had told her to make the sale that day. On top of all this, I’ve been asked nonstop to leave reviews, with her even calling me to ask me to leave her a perfect score so she can get her bonus. I find that completely innappropriate. This just also goes to show how out of touch she was with the situation, because why would you ask someone to review you that you’ve repeatedly not listened to and is clearly flustered. Not only was getting my first brand new car ever (we’ve always bought used) an extremely stressful experience, I also didn’t get the proper tutorials on how to operate everything in the EV which is very different from our gas Equinox. We will continue to use this dealership, but I would not go back to Allyssa.
The dealership staff was very professional and polite. They also were very honest and and upfront about all costs.
They helped for as long as they possibly could to help me with my purchase. Very friendly and willing to help you with you car needs!
Personal attention and request to be able to have the same salesperson the next for myself or family member .
Prompt service with oil change in less than 1 hour. Service advisor let me know what services will be recommended at the next oil change.
